Challenged with the circumstances surrounding the global pandemic the Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Association of Jamaica (TOBA) turned to Phase 3 to a solution for a hybrid event of their annual Yearling Auction. Our crew worked closely with event organizers and consultant Martin Lewis to deliver a safe event allowing the limited number of participants within the government restriction at the physical event and a livestream which would allow remote bidding. 

The event took place at Caymanas Park with the physical patrons spread around the venue under a number of tents as the Horses paraded for each lot. Phase 3 produced a 3 camera live stream complete with graphics which was not only carried in the venue but also a livestream sent out via Zoom for the remote bidders. 

This hybrid Horse Auction event was executed seamlessly with the client reporting higher than expected sales as the presentation allowed for easy bidder from the remote participants. The livestream allowed buyers not only in Jamaica to participate but owners around the region and the world.
