Jamaica Producers AGM

Jamaica Producers is a publicly traded Jamaican Corporation in the business of Food & Drink and Logistics & Infrastructure. The company boasts the largest shareholding base locally. Given the safety concerns of Covid 19 the company took their AGM online. 

The Phase 3 team was challenged to work out a solution for this AGM which was a hybrid event with two rooms, one for Directors of the company, another room with a limited audience practicing social distance. The two physical rooms were connected with real time interaction (video & audio) to the online share holders. Our clients expectations were met and resulted in a successful engaging event with online audience participation.
