CONCACAF – GOLD CUP

When Jamaica qualified for the 2019 Gold Cup Football Tournament, Concacaf thought it fitting to play the first round of the group stage double header in Jamaica. This meant that the National Stadium would play host to the largest TV Broadcast Production and Phase Three Productions was put in charge of executing the entire coverage.

In managing a team of over 130 personnel from Jamaica, Mexico, United Kingdom, USA and Europe, Phase Three built out a 15,000 square foot Broadcast Compound with production trailers, mobile production truck, satellite uplink, generators, crew facilities and a production office. Coverage included 22 manned cameras, 3 POV’s, Skycam and 4K 360 degree filming all to enhance the viewer experience. The signal was distributed to North America, Caribbean and Latin America as the production was a resounding success.
