On December 28, 2025, the Caymanas Golf and Country Club was transformed into a slice of the Italian Riviera for The Scottish Society’s second hosting of Amalfi. Embracing the theme of relaxed luxury and destination dressage, the evening was a masterclass in stylish execution. Phase 3 Productions was proud to partner as the comprehensive technical production provider, engineering the sights and sounds that brought this Mediterranean dream to life.
Curating the Vision
Our mission was to build a technical foundation that enhanced the event’s elegant theme. Audio lead Gary Russell, deployed a crystal-clear sound system that filled the space with seamless, balanced audio—perfect for the evening’s sophisticated soundtrack.
Lighting Director Ricardo Gopaulsingh sculpted the venue’s ambiance with a strategic blend of stage lighting and uplighting throughout the venue. This approach highlighted the beautiful décor, cast flattering light on guests that reflected the Italian Riviera’s electric atmosphere.
A Dynamic Visual Centerpiece
A key visual feature of the night was the custom-built DJ façade, constructed using high-resolution Absen LED panels. Under the direction of Multimedia Lead Oran Brooks, this structure did more than frame the DJ—it became the dynamic centerpiece of the event. Our in-house multimedia team curated the spaces for the display of vibrant, themed graphics that transported guests to the Amalfi coast, synchronizing visual energy with the music’s rhythm.
The Power Behind the Perfection
Ensuring flawless, uninterrupted operation for every technical element was our dedicated power team. Led by Jared Dilworth and assisted by Ramoir Wilson and Oral Fraizer, the team expertly managed and distributed clean, reliable power across the entire venue using Phase 3’s 70kVA and 45kVA generator setup. This behind-the-scenes engineering was crucial for powering everything from the delicate audio equipment to the vibrant LED strips and DJ façade, guaranteeing a seamless guest experience from start to finish.
Coordinated Excellence
Bringing all these complex elements together into one cohesive event was the responsibility of Project Coordinator Kimone Minott, who was assisted by Ashle Henriques. From initial planning to on-site execution, their meticulous coordination ensured that every technical department worked in harmony, schedules were adhered to, and the client’s vision was realized with precision and professionalism.
