Sagicor is unarguably one of Jamaica’s leading full service Financial Services companies. Phase 3 has executed a number of Sagicor’s high level marquee events including Steve Harvey’s motivational talks over the past few years. 

Blastoff is a very significant event for Sagicor as it involves the staff from their various business lines meeting, sharing ideas and setting the goals of the company for the upcoming year. The Blastoff event in the past has included hosting the over 2000 staff members physically in a large auditorium with a full stage presentation with LED screens, Lighting , Streaming. Clearly for 2021, given the Covid 19 restrictions, this was no longer an option. 

Phase 3 was challenged to deliver a virtual solution which could host the over 2000 staff members engaged in interactive over the 4 hour duration of the event. We realized that by this time the staff had attended so many virtual meetings that we had to really find a new solution to WOW. 

Phase 3 built out a custom virtual event platform which included a landing page for registration, breakout rooms, main auditorium, attendee chat, networking and exhibitor booths. In addition to those virtual event services we delivered a high impact hybrid setup with content design, Staging, LED Screens, Lighting. The 5 camera Livestream was impactful with an integrated zoom audience which often interacted with the on stage presenters. 

This multimedia experience kept the audience of over 2000 persons engaged with many of the comments indicating that this format was a huge success. The clients feedback as well as the post event analytics were all aligned. We achieved the task at hand.
